Anti-Spam Policy
Privacy Policy
PopDev has a, "no tolerance", spam policy. Please notify us immediately if you feel you have received spam from PopDev.
Every email PopDev sends contains a mandatory unsubscribe link that cannot be removed.
What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). PopDev only sends email to those who have at some time requested to receive information from us, therefore following accepted permission-based email guidelines.
Additional steps to protect you from spam:
* Verification - PopDev automatically sends all new subscribers an email confirming their interest in receiving emails from us. Additionally, if a subscriber changes his or her interests or unsubscribes, PopDev automatically sends an email confirmation.
* Unsubscription - Every email generated from PopDev contains an unsubscribe link which automatically updates our subscriber lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed.
* Contact Information - all emails contain a way to contact us directly.
PopDev is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information. PopDev will maintain the confidentiality of all personally identifiable information and will never sell, transmit, or disclose, in any fashion, this information to any other person, agency, organization, group or company.
Security
PopDev cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without consent, gain access to our database. However PopDev takes precautions to protect database information. When participants submit sensitive information via our Web site, the information is protected both online and off-line through the use of firewalls, passwords and physical security measures and safeguards in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under PopDev control.
